2 C. Seedless Raisins
2 C. Water- divided
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
Dash of Salt
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tbsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil raisins in 1-3/4 cups water for 5 minutes; remove from heat.

Separately, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt. Moisten with remaining 1/4 cup cold water. Add mixture to raisins, return to heat, stirring until mixture is boiling. Remove from heat and add butter & vinegar.

Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Cover top with pastry. Bake at 425º for 25 minutes.
