1 lb. Ground beef, browned and drained
1 envelope (3 T) Taco seasoning
1 can (10 oz) Ro-Tel Tomatoes and Green Chiles or if need mild, uses another combo
1-1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
24 wonton wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Generously coat standard size muffin tins with nonstick spray.
2. Combine meat, seasonings and tomatoes in a bowl and mix. Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin tin. Add 1.5 T of meat mixture in each tin and top with 1 T cheese. Press down with another wonton wrapper and add another layer and final cheese.
3. Bake at 375 for 10-13 minutes or until cups are heated thru and edges are golden.
