2 cps. Sugar
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and milk in heavy saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved (be careful not to splash on sides of pan). Bring to a boil. Watch closely as it will boil over quickly. Remove from heat and when it has stopped boiling, add the soda and stir in with a wire wisk. You can add it any time. Serve warm over pancakes, waffles, French toast, or German pancakes.
