10 medium potatoes (about) (red work best)
6 hard boiled eggs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. After cool, peel and slice.
Separate egg whites and yolks. Set yolks aside.
Chop egg whites and add to potatoes with the chopped onions.
In small bowl, mash yolks.
Stir in mayonnaise, evaporated milk, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes. Toss well. Adjust seasonings if needed.
Garnish with egg slices and paprika.
Chill

Found a recipe card in mom's handwriting that was titled, "Mama's Potato Salad" so I assume it was referring to Grandma Stepka.
