4 heads romaine, cut in bite size pieces
2 (14-oz) cans hearts fo palm drained and sliced into pieces
2 (14-oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained and cut into quarters
8 strips crisp bacon, crumbled
1 (4oz) pkg, feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 small onion chopped
6 tbls.cider vinegar
4 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground cracked black peper
1 cup veg oil

Assemble romaine, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, bacon and crumbled cheese,. Toss. In blender or food processor combine onion, cider vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt & pepper. Add oil slowly in a stream. When ready to serve pour dressing over salad and toss.
