Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can light red kidney beans, undrained
1 small package frozen corn
1 envelope dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 envelope dry taco seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
Garnishes: shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla or corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except the garnishes, in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.

Garnish individual servings with chips, cheese and sour cream if desired.
