3 large baking potatoes
3 cans cream of potato soup
1 small onion, thinly diced
1 jar Hormel Real bacon bits
1 tsp. Lawery's Seasoned Salt
3 cups milk
8 oz. container sour cream
green onions, chopped for garnishing
small block of grated cheese

Directions:
Cut potatoes into cubes and boil for 10-15 minutes and drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese*. Cook about 30 minutes until potatoes are tender . Great on a cold night! Enjoy

*I add some cheese to the soup once it is done but if you don't want it too cheesy you can serve it as a garnish.
