1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup powdered nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/3 cup molasses
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cup stone-ground whole-wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup dried currants or raisins
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped pitted dates
1/4 cup diced pitted prunes

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric mixer, combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl for 1 minute. Add the next 3 ingredients and mix for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except for the last and mix for 2 minutes. Pour into an oiled 9 inch-square pan and top with pumpkin seeds. Bake about 45 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Cool in pan. When cool, cut into 12 squares.
