31/2 cups sugar
11/2 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup water
1 teas. butter
1 teas. vanilla
2 heaping teas. baking soda
11/2 pound raw peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Have ready 2 well buttered cookie sheets 9x13 or larger.
Cook sugar, water, syrup to 238º. Add peanuts cook to 300º.
Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla stir in well. Add baking soda. Stir in well, this WILL foam. Pour onto buttered cookie sheets. Don't try to make it thin. Pour while foaming.
