Leafy Greens, such as kale or swiss chard.
oranges, sliced
red and green grapes
strawberries
watermelon and honey dew or cantalope melon
pineapple
kiwi

Directions:
Directions:
On large round serving platter, arrange leafy greens to cover platter.
Starting at outer edge of platter, lay orange slices as a border
Cut clusters of grapes, about 5 grapes per vine cut.
Place grape clusters on inner half of orange slices, alternating colors.
The place melon chunks and pineapple inside that .
In center circle, layer kiwi slices
Put strawberries inside kiwi circle.
Place a few kiwi slices among the strawberries for color contrast.
Or put a pineapple in the center for height.

This is fun and easy to make and always a hit. You can vary the fruit to your liking and color scheme. I like the contrast of colors in the fruits I've listed here. You can also use a rose and fresh flowered herbs as an attractive center in place of pineapple top.
