2 cups all purpose flour
1 teas. salt
2/3 cup plus 2 TBLS shortening
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt. With pastry cutter or fork cut in shortening until shortening particles are about the size of a pea. Sprinkle with water a TBLS at a time. Mixing lightly with a fork until all the flour is moistened. Gather dough together using fingers so it cleans the bowl Divide in half and roll into balls. Roll crust out to fit pan.
