Ingredients: 1 Store bought pizza dough
1 tbsp butter (melted)
4 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar
2 c. Mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
2 c. mixed berries

Directions: |
Directions:1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3- Using a rolling pin, roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
4- Transfer the pizza dough to the lined baking sheet.
5- Brush the dough with the melted butter.
6- Sprinkle the 2 tbsp of Cinnamon Sugar.
7- Bake until golden brown (about 10 to 15 minutes)
8- Cool the pizza crust on a wire rack
9- In a medium bowl, mix together the Mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice and
zest.
10- Spread the cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with mixed berries and sprinkle
with the remaining Cinnamon Sugar. Slice and serve |
