2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c flour
3 eggs yolks
2 T. oleo
2 T. peanut butter, (heaping)
Crust Topping:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T. peanut butter, (heaping)
Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Mix milk, sugar, flour, egg yolks, and oleo together and cook until thick. Add peanut butter and stir in.
Crust topping: Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together like meal, then pour into the baked crust. Pour the filling into the crust and top with meringue.
Making meringue: Beat egg whites until foamy then add sugar and beat until stiff.
Bake at 350 º for 15 minutes or golden brown on top
