1 large can pumpkin 29 oz.
4 large eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
2 cans evaporated milk

2 pie shells unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Eggs, sugar, and pumpkin. Then add rest of ingredients adding the evaporated milk last. Whisk until silky. Pour into unbaked pie shells and bake for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 50 minutes until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean.

Cool on cooling racks. Serve with whipped cream!
