Filling:
3 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the filling ingredients for 5 minutes with a mixer. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix together the ingredients for the topping then spread it on top of the filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
