2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2/3 c packed brown sugar
2 2/3 c all purpose flour
1/2 t salt

1 stick unsalted butter
1 c light brown sugar
1/3 c honey
2 T heavy cream
2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line 9x13 pan with foil, leaving enough for 2" overhang on all sides.

2. Cream together butter and brown sugar till fluff. Add flour and salt and mix till crumbly.
Press into foil-lined pan and bake 20 min. till golden brown.

3. While crust bakes, prepare filling by combining butter, brown sugar, honey and heavy cream in a saucepan and stir over med heat. Simmer mixture for 1 min., then stir in pecans.

4. Remove crust from oven, immediately pour the pecan filling over the hot crust, spreading even to cover entire surface. Return pan to oven and bake another 20 minutes.

5. Cool completely. Use foil overhant to lift out of the pan onto a cutting board.
