2cups of water

1 cup of white rice

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put water and rice into 2 quart sauce pan and bring to boil, stirring. Once boiling, cover pan and turn heat to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes on low.

Beat egg, sugar, milk and vanilla together. Put cooked rice in a baking dish and pour milk mixture over rice, if not covered , pour more milk over rice till covered.

Bake 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour , till bubbly.
