Filling:
1 lb. ground nuts (4c.)
2-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. melted butter
2 eggs beaten
1-1/3 can milk
1/4 t. salt

Nut Rolls:
1/2 lb. butter
6 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 t. salt
3 pkg. yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Make filling first. Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat until thick. Let cool

Mix dry ingredients into bowl. Blend in butter like pie crust. Dilute yeast in 1/2 glass warm milk. Pour cream into flour then add yeast mixture. Mix & knead well. Divide into six (6) equal parts. Roll, fill, let raise 1 hour. Beat eggs and brush raised rolls before baking. Bake 35 minutes in 350 º oven.
