Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. cold water
1/2 t. salt
1 lb. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy, not stiff. Add pecans and mix until all are coated. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Add nuts and mix thoroughly. Place on buttered cookie sheet. Bake 225º for one hour. Turn or mix every 15 minutes.
