3 Sticks Butter Room Temperature
2 Cups White Sugar
2 Cups Brown Sugar
4 Eggs
1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla
5 Cups Oatmeal (ground in blender until powdery)
4 Cups Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
4 Cups Chocolate Chips
1 Large Hershey bar grated

Preheat Oven to 375
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper

In large bowl, cream butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and grated chocolate bar. Drop by spoonfuls on to baking sheet.

Bake approximately 8 minutes until slightly golden. Remove from pan immediately and place on to cooling racks to cool so they won't overbake
