Ingredients:  
1 lb.unsalted butter - very soft
1 cup fruit sugar
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup corn starch
4 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together. Add rice flour& corn starch and mix. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Knead well. Pat into 3 foil greased pie plates. Stab with fork all the through. Flute edges.

Bake 1 hour at 300ºF.

Sprinkle with fruit sugar & cut into pieces right away.
