1 bag frozen mixed stew vegetables (potatoes, carrots, celery & onions)
1 rotisserie chicken shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup (you can use fat free version)
1 can chicken broth
1 pre-made pie crust

Directions:

Mix all wet ingredients together, add 1 can of water if too thick.
Transfer to a pie or casserole dish.
Cover with pie crust.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or golden brown.
