1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. diced ham
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan saute mushrooms and ham in butter for about 5 minutes. Set aside. In mixing bowl combine eggs, cream, cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Place ham and mushroom mixture in bottom of uncooked pie shell. Pour egg mixture over the top and bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
