3 cups vanilla wafers (about 75)
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup rum
1/4 cup light corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Finely grind vanilla wafers and nuts in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Place in refrigerator for about 20 minutes to chill. Shape into balls and roll in granulated or powders sugar.

For best taste, refrigerate for several days in an airtight tin before serving.
