3 cups Flour
6 tsp Baking Powder
½ cup Sugar
¾ cup Butter
pinch of Salt
Raisins
1 cup Water (cold)
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in butter until very fine. Add raisins. Add vanilla and water. Roll out on floured board about ½" thick and cut into rounds. Brush top with butter prior to baking. Bake at 350º to 400º for 15 minutes.
