3 egg yolks
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 cake yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour twice. Mix and break up yeast into flour. Add egg yolks and cream and mix well. Put in refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.

Filling: 1/2 lb. walnuts, ground
3/4 c. sugar

Work with only small part of dough. Leave rest in refrigerator. Use some of nut mixture on board instead of flour. Pat dough on this about 3 in. diameter and then in same nut mixture in center, fold over a few times and shape into crescents.

Bake about 25 minutes or until delicate brown @ 350 degrees

When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
