Ingredients:  
1 pound of sausage, bacon or diced cooked ham
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
10 slices bread (broken into little pieces)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage or bacon and drain. Put bread on bottom of a greased 9x13” pan. Layer meat and cheese over bread. Beat eggs then add milk and salt. Pour over mixture. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. When ready to bake, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
