14 unpeeled jumbo fresh shrimp (1 pound)
2 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 14 1 1/2” strips
7 slices of bacon, cut in half
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and devein shrimp and then butterfly. Place strip of cheese in slit and close shrimp around cheese. Wrap with bacon and secure with 2 toothpicks.

Stir butter, Parmesan, garlic and lemon juice. Brush on shrimp and place on baking sheet.

Broil 5” from heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
