Meatballs:
2 pounds ground chuck
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parsley
2 eggs
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons minced onion

Sauce:
1 16 ounce can jellied cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix all ingredients for meatballs; make into small balls. Place meatballs in baking pan. Mix together the sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake in preheated oven for 1/2 hour.

These are SO much better than store bought frozen meatballs. The leftovers are good heated up and served with some mozzarella or provolone slices on hoagie buns.
