Yellow or White Box cake mix or Lady Fingers (bakery section grocery store
Raspberry Jam
8 oz Cream Cheese-softened
2 small Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 cups milk
Coconut shredded
Macaroon cookies- crushed
Almonds roasted and chopped finely
1/2 pt Heavy whipping cream
assorted fruit strawberry-kiwi, peaches, raspberry, Mandarin oranges

Liquoir Amaretto, grand marinier or your choice- optional

Bake cake in a sheet pan according to directions ( I always add extra vanilla) or use ready made lady Fingers- Cool Cake- sprinkle with liquor
In electric mixer whip softened cream cheese and pudding. When it is mixed well add all milk- mix until slightly firm.
In electric mixer whip the heavy cream to firm peaks- refrigerate
Cut fruit in slices- if you use canned fruit like peaches or mandarin oranges drain well and dry

Begin layering trifle
carefully place sliced fruit around side of bowl (you want to see the fruit) try to use the same size pcs.
in the middle of bowl add cake to fit-spread jam lightly on cake - sprinkle coconut and almonds and macaroons add additional chopped fruit
Next add a layer of pudding
Next take a different fruit and line sides of bowl. repeat adding cake jam,coconut, almonds cookies and additional chopped fruit- add pudding mixture.
Using third fruit line sides of bowl - repeat above instructions

Top off with whipped cream
