1 1/2 cup egg whites
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup CAKE flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy. Add cream of tartar and salt. Then beat until stiff.
Sift flour five or six times. Add sugar to eggs a few spoonfuls at a time. Add vanilla. Sift flour into mixture and fold together.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes.
