2 lbs Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Yellow Onion, Chopped... saute 5 min.
Add 2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped...cook a bit more till fragrant
3 Cups Water
2 (15 oz) can Tomato Sauce (Can be a 28 oz Can + add 2 more oz of Tomato Anything
1 (15 oz) can Diced Tomatoes (Just make 24 Oz of water & 15 oz of tomatoes to make 39 oz.)
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
2 TBSP Soy Sauce or Worchestershire Sauce
1 TBSP Seasoned Salt (Less is more)
1 tsp Chili Powder
3 Bay Leaves
..... Cover all after boil to simmer for 15 min.

Add 2 Cups of Elbox Macaroni, uncooked and simmer for another 30 minutes covered
Add GREEN PEPPER near end to be crumchy.

In a dutch Oven, Saute the Gr. Beef over med high heat until no pink remains. Break up the meat while saute ing. Drain off any grease. Add the onions and garlic to the pot and saute until they are tender about 5 min. Add liquid ingred and spices. Stir well and place lild on pot to cook 15-20 min. Add the elbow macaroni, stir well, return the lid to the pot and simmer about 30 min. Turn off heat, remove the bay leaves and allow the mixture to sit about 30 more minutes before serving.
