When you want to celebrate all things Foxy, head down to Elsa's On the Park and order two appetizers: the Broccoli and Nachos. This was Meg's favorite order and we would order it without question for our 'starters.' Then....let the people watching begin!

One time we were at Elsa's and who was sitting at a table near us but Jimmy Mueller! Imagine that! He said, "You have to order the Broccoli!" We replied, "BROCCOLI??" He said, "It's unbelievable; you have to try it." So! We ordered the Broccoli and it was unbelievable. Afterward, I called Elsa's to request the recipe and they replied, "It's top secret. It's unbelievable and the recipe is top secret!" (Isn't this reminding you of a Seinfeld episode?)
