Chili Parilla
Chili Guajillo
Sesame seeds
Abula chocolate
Cinnamon
Loft of bread or rue from flour and butter
Pork, chicken, or steak
Onion diced
Garlic diced
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat with onion, garlic and salt in crock pot or stew pot until completely cooked. Shred after cooled slightly. Soak and grind chiles if whole. If using a rue, mix first. Mix everything except meat in stew pot, even bread broken into pieces unless using a rue. Add meat juice a bit at a time until all incorporated. When cooked down to a thick sauce add meat and simmer until heated.

Can be used to make enchiladas or as a stew with cheese and tortillas.
