2 8 oz. cream chees
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie roll
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cookie dough on cookie sheet. Mash to make crust. Bake 350º for 10-13 minutes. Cook cookie. Mix vanilla powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Spread on cooled cookie and top with fruit in season. Kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, etc. cut in squares and refrigerate.
