2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. dried cranberries
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. mayo
2 T. lemon juice
1 T minced onion
1/2 c. sliced, toasted almonds
2 c. croutons
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, 3/4 c. cheese, 3/4 c. cranberries and celery. Mix mayo, lemon juice, and onion. Add toasted almonds and croutons. Combine all ingredients together. Add salt to taste. Put in an 11 by 7 pan and top with remaining cranberries and cheese. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Meg talked about this recipe the entire way home from Joanne Jones' (Mrs. Vojo's) bridal shower. She said she could've licked the platter clean and I wholeheartedly agreed. We drove to and from the shower with Jeannie Fuchs and Meg said, "Jeannie, to what do you attribute your fantastic health recovery? You are doing so amazingly well!" Jeannie replied, "I have been putting holy water on all my affected areas every day." After we dropped Jeannie off we looked at each other and said, "Let's remember that hot little tip!"
