1 small package of lemon jello
1 cup of hot water
1 cup of 7 Up
1/2 cup of crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1/2 cup of miniature marshmallows
1 banana, sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tblsp. flour
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 Tblsp. butter
1 cup whipping cream
grated cheese
halved cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add 7 Up.
Pour mixture into 8x8x2 inch dish.
Chill until partially thickened.
Fold in pineapple, marshmallows, and banana.
Chill until firm.
Mix sugar, flour, pineapple juice and egg in saucepan.
Cook, stirring continuously until thick.
Add butter.
Cool.
Fold in whipped cream
Spread over jello mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Decorate with cherry halves
