2 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cold unsalted butter
2 large eggs
1/2 c. 35% whipping cream
1 2/3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c. Black Label Cherry Shivaz Wine jelly

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and cut in butter until mixture becomes coarse crumb consistency. Use a mixer to accomplish this if desired.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs with cream and add to flour mixture. Mix well.
5. Add cheese and beat until almost mixed onto flour board.
6. Knead dough1-2 times then pat out to 1 3/4" thick in the shape of a square.
7. Using knife, cut dough into 16 squares. Place on baking sheet about 1 " apart.
8. Bake in centre of oven for 14-18 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
