3 tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. old cheddar cheese, shredded & divided
1/4 c. Kraft 100% parmesan cheese
3 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
1. In large saucepan over medium heat melt butter, whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
2. Gradually add in milk and stir for 3-5 minutes until sauce has thickened.
3. Remove from heat and add 1.5 c. cheddar cheese & all of parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese has melted.
4. Add macaroni and stir until evenly coated.
5. Spoon mixture into a 1.5 L casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
6. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
7. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes until top is lightly browned.
