Use a round cookie cutter to cut a hole in the center of a slice of bread; break an egg into a small cup
spread butter on both sides of bread and place on a warm skillet (medium heat)
cook about 2 minutes and flip.
carefully pour egg into the hole of the bread with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
cover skillet and cook 3-5 minutes until egg is at desired consistency
