2 cans of black beans
1/2 of a red onion, chopped
1-2 bell peppers, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp ground red pepper (optional)

For best results, chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
