2 C flour
1 C sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 C cold water or cold coffee
1 C Miracle Whip
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten

ICING:
2 Tbsp butter
1 square chocolate, melted
2 C powdered sugar
Hot coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Beat together the sugar, Miracle Whip and water (or coffee if desired). Add vanilla and eggs. Add the flour, baking soda and cocoa. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes.
TO MAKE ICING: Mix together the melted butter, melted chocolate and powdered sugar together. Add hot coffee, a few drops at a time to reach desired consistency.
