1 small package raspberry jello (or any flavor you like)
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup cold water
1 medium lemon
1 can milk, chilled
1/2 lb. graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water. Add cold water and juice and grated rind of lemon. After jello is congealed, whip the canned milk then combine the jello and the whipped milk. Crush the graham crackers. Butter the bottom of a 9 x 12 pan. Put 1/2 of cracker crumbs on bottom of pan and pour on jello mixture then top with remaining crumbs. Make the day before serving and refrigerate.
