1lb Potatoes
Olive oil
Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fox Point Seasoning*optional*

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Take potatoes, poke with a fork and put into microwave to partially cook.
2. Let potatoes slightly cool and cut into chunks.
3. Put the potatoes in a mixing bowl and drizzle oil over chunks. Just enough to lightly coat the potatoes.
4. Add 2TBSP of soften butter, salt and pepper to bowl and fold potatoes so butter is evenly mixed.
5. Place a piece of aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. Pour potatoes from bowl onto cookie sheet. Make sure they are in a single layer.
6. Place cookie sheet in oven for about 25 minutes. Take pan out and flip potatoes. Return to oven for about 20 more minutes or until they are golden brown.
