Russet Potatoes
Water
Olive Oil
Salt
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak your potatoes in room temperature water for 2 hours before you bake them. Do not soak them for longer!!
2. Take potato and scrub the potato, rinsing it off under clean running water.
3. Place the potato on a square piece of aluminum foil that is big enough to wrap around and over the entire potato.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the potato and sprinkle with salt.
5. Wrap the potato in the foil and then gently poke a few holes in the potato with a fork on each side of the potato.
6. Place the potato on a cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes. Check to make sure potato is soft.
Serve your potato with your favorite topping
