1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp chicken stock
1 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 Tbps honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan and add the brown sugar, parsley and chicken stock.
2. Add the carrots and cook over low heat, partially covered, until they are fork tender. Aprox. 10-12 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and add the honey.
Serve
