Pork?/ back ribs

Sauce:
1/4 c. hoisin sauce
2 tbsp. soya sauce
2 tbsp. rice or cider vinegar
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. minced ginger

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place ribs in a shallow baking dish and add 1/4 of an inch of boiling water and cover with aluminum foil.
2. Bake at 325º for about 75 minutes or until meat shrinks away from bone. Cool and refrigerate if desired.
3. When ready to BBQ cook, grill ribs on BBQ for 20 minutes, turning and basting with sauce frequently until ribs turn a deep mahogany glaze.
