Muffins:
1 C. Heavy Cream
1/3 C. butter melted
2 eggs beaten
2 C. flour
1/2 C. Sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 C. fresh blueberries cleaned and steams removed and slightly crush

Topping:
1/4 C. butter melted
1/4 C. Sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream, butter, and eggs and beat in large bowl. Add the remaining muffin ingredients adding the blueberries last by folding them in.

Place muffin liners in pan, spoon in batter, bake at 375 degrees for about 22-25 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and then dip tops of muffins in 1/4 C. melted butter, then in topping, cool 5 minutes, and then serve.
