1lb ground chuck
1/2lb ground pork
2 eggs whisked
4 slices of Italian bread
1 cup bread crumbs
4Tbsp grated parmesan
1/2 tsp garlic salt
pinch of black pepper
2Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Soak the bread in cold water for about 5 minutes, ringing out the excess water and pulling the bread apart with your fingers.
Combine the meat, eggs, and parsley in large bowl. Add the bread. Then add the dry bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic salt and salt.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the meatballs onto wax paper and the roll them into balls, making sure they are all the same size.
Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until done. Cut into one to make sure they are not pink inside.
