¾ cup milk
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix everything together in a medium to large sauce pan. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 1 and ½ minutes stirring constantly. Cool the sauce pan in cold water. When the fudge mixture begins to thicken, pour fudge into a (what size) buttered dish. Let cool for approximately 1 hour and then cut into squares.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The making of this fudge meant it was Christmas at Otho and Lib’s house. It was at this time that many batches of this delicious goodness were not only consumed by the family, but by others who received it as a Christmas gift. Overtime Margaret became the fudge maker and it continues to this day. This fudge is a sinfully rich treat full of memories.
